Buy high quality pet food
It is not a secret to anybody that pet food is a very lucrative business. However, this industry is also full of many false claims. Many people are being deceived and duped into believing that their dogs, cats, parrots eat really healthy food of very high quality. But in reality many pet owners feed their favorite pets pesticides, cheap grains and other toxins.
At the end of 90s there was an article in one of the British magazines that proved the fact that more than 5000 products used to feed animals are contaminated. The research conducted proved that animals that are fed processed food age more quickly in comparison with those that do not. What is more, chronic degenerative symptoms were found in the majority of them. On the contrary, animals that ate really healthy and raw food aged not so quickly and they were free of many symptoms.
The consequences were just horrible. More than 30 000 dogs and cats were killed by poisoned processed food, that contained industrial chemicals.
Unfortunately, we understand everything when it is too late already. And this case was not an exception. Today people who buy cheap pet food from unknown producers also take a certain risk. Though we have to admit that situation has changed for the better. The conclusion is the following: buy quality food from well-known producers and you will not experience any problems.
